Paul Christenson

President

Paul has worked to develop Actium’s proprietary lending pipeline since co-founding Actium in 2004. He leads the sourcing of loans and the due diligence process.

Paul practiced corporate law with the firms of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and Hong Kong and Durham Jones & Pinegar in Salt Lake, focusing on lending and real estate transactions. Paul received a B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Utah and a J.D. from Georgetown University. Paul previously served as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Road Home and is currently a trustee of the Emma McVicker Foundation. He is also a member of the Eccles School Advisory Board at the University of Utah.

Jeff Wright

Chairman

Jeff has been an actively involved in evaluating potential loans, including performing due diligence and making site visits. He serves as the Chairman of Actium Partners. Prior to Actium, Jeff invested in a variety of industries including biotechnology, real estate and reinsurance. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Southern Utah University and chaired the Guadalupe School Board of Directors. Jeff also served as vice-chair of the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.

A recipient of Bachelor of Arts degrees in both history and political science from the University of Utah, he also received a certificate in international accounting from the London School of Economics. He holds a certificate in strategic leadership from Oxford University.
